Fifty percent (50%) of estimated costs, plus all out-of-pocket expenses, is due at contract execution. Balance of actual costs are billed per terms of the contract and payable within thirty (30) days.
Cancellations made within 2 business days of a scheduled production are non-refundable. Any expenses already incurred at time of cancellation are non-refundable.
All quotes are based on a filming location within 10 miles of Amped's headquarters (915 S. Curtis Ave., Tucson, AZ 85719). It is assumed that production services will be performed at the client's location. Additional fees may apply for travel, extra hours or staff, additional equipment, location fees, permits, et cetera.
